AMC Theatres - This is what you call customer satisfaction?
I've typically gone through fandango but having moved and having been a decade user of stubs i went to amctheaters.com and my card kept being rejected. I tried two different cards, it kept responding that there was a problem. I checked the bank they showed the ticket and stubs premier renewal charged.
I contacted AMC "PREMIER CUSTOMER SUPPORT" and was rudely told, we show a rejection. If you want to get a movie ticket and premier stubs card "GO DO IT AGAIN". REALLY!?!?!?!
and get charged all over again for your screw up? You call this PREMIER CUSTOMER SUPPORT??
So I call Atlanta and get the typical automated machine which informs me (and I hadn't entered ANY information like credit card number, AMC stubs card number - NOTHING!) "If your purchase is pending and you didn't receive a confirmation, after 24 hours we will drop your ticket purchase after which your bank will take 24 to 72 hours to refund you your monies to your credit card."
YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS FIASCO AND DO NOTHING?!?!?!
I'll stop going to AMC theaters and use social media to tell folks what a worthless customer service you've got!
Now let's talk about PREMIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
