I tried using the online ticket purchase for 8 tickets, but it didn't go through. Unfortunately, I did this twice with out ever receiving any tickets. Two pending charges appeared on my checking account. I wasn't to worried, because they stated that should roll off in 24 hours.

Well, in less than 24 hours, one charge was paid on my account.

I have been trying repeatedly to get a refund. The only thing I am getting is BS. I have sent email after e-mail, because I was told that there wasn't anyone to speak with that could take care of it. So, I did as I was told. That was 7 days ago and they just now sent an e-mail stating that every time I send an email it pushes me down in the que.

I am so angry and frustrated because I don't know how to get my money back

Reason of review: Stole my money and never gave me any tickets.

Monetary Loss: $76.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Had the same exact experience. Phone calls after phone calls, 7 -10 days each time for refund, more than a month now and NO refund yet!

$50 dollars stolen by AMC online.

THIEVES! I can't wait for this company to go bankrupt!
