Amc Theatres in Los Angeles, California - My gold cards expired

we purchased tickets for AMC a number of years ago and just tried to use them The local AMC said we had to change them from gold to some other tickets AMC wants us to send them a ": photo" of each ticket the front and back. No one to talk to at AMC Hq and emails were not answered. This company seems to hate the folks that pay for movies at AMC and I cannot understand why Why they will not contact us and let us just mail back the old tickets and replace them. Amc Theatres - Disappointed

We have been attending the AMC 17 in Indianapolis, Indiana for years and have even become A List members. Last year we purchased the 2018 Annual Popcorn bucket and used it all the time. This year, on January 6, 2019 when we went to see Fantastic Beasts, we asked about the 2019 Annual Popcorn bucket and were told that we had to purchase it at the AMC in Plainfield, which is about 25 minutes from our house but that once we purchased it we were able to use it any AMC. This is very frustrating. We feel that if you offer this at one location you should offer it at all locations or don't offer it at all. Please explain the reasoning behind this. Amc Theatres - AMC Stonybrook in Louisville KY has terrible audio

Today as I entered the theater a woman was coming out and she said she was headed out to complain. She said the audio was so garbled that she could not understand what was being said and the background sound was way too loud. I listened for myself and I agreed. Several more people complained as well and we were told "A manager is working on it." A woman with a phone or a 2-way radio came in and someone told her it was too loud so it was turned down to the point that it was too low. This has happened to me on several other occasions and I complained then too and swore I would never go back. But it is so close to my house. But never again. GET IT RIGHT OR CLOSE UP!!!

Amc Theatres - Bogus "Bonus Card" Offer

I received an e-mail offering a $10 Bonus Card if you buy a $50 gift card. made the purchase on December 5. Just read the Bonus card details before giving it a a gift. The Bonus card expires 6 days after Christmas. If you are thinking about buying one, buyer beware. This is bogus advertising. Gift cards have no expiration date. Legally, they get around this by offering "Bonus Cards" with an expiration. It's *** 6 days to use the Bonus card is ridiculous. I called and it is not a misprint. They purposely deceived consumers.
