I went online and still no help. I put in the correct email and order number and it s telling me that the email provided dont match order number. And you sent me an email to that email. This is day two and I still have not have this rectified. My phone number is 504-296-****

The ADA act only requires lowered sidewalk access, handicap parking and wheelchair accessible seating. They are not required to provide a wheelchair and transport into the theater.

No Socialism. It is all about personal responsibility.

You need to teach your concession stand people to be more polite and friendly instead of engaging in their own personal conversation why they had lots of people in line tell them to stay focused on their work and leave their personal conversations on their lunch break not doing their work business hours because people was in line getting very impatient need more workers

The popcorn tasted burnt it wasn't fresh and the woman bathroom smelled it awful and your workers need to be professional to speak to people when they come up and get their order taken and not engaging impressional conversation the movie theater was clean and fresh the the person who took up the tickets before you go see the movie did a excellent job with his professionalism kudos to him

Complete bad experience and there is no true customer support for AMC

I pay $90 for the movie the woman king that consisted of two adult tickets and concession that was pre-ordered to be delivered to seating at 6:50 PM. The movie started at 7 PM. It took for me to get out my seat 10 after seven and wait an additional 39 minutes before getting any type of service of concession. The pre-order concession is an additional fee on top of your movie ticket which is fine. Manager did not help at all nor have I received any phone calls or email back from AMC theaters. I have been given several phone numbers and all they want you to do is leave a review.

I wasn't paid by my employer on time and so when I was charged for my AMC stubs account it was declined. Im waiting for my paycheck to hit so what do I do?

I ordered the same movie twice attempting to get it to work and a little box would open up on my TV and it would not work and now I got charged twice and can't seem to reach anyone to get refunded

Unauthorized charges

Was charged for a year without authorization, can't cancel my subscription !!! Please advice how i can get the refund for all months since 2/1/2021 when i canceled my subscription. Never used it since.

AMC has 8 holds on my card for $53.35 and a $25.87 hold. When you all kept showing me error and unable to purchase. RELEASE MY MONEY NOW. I WILL NOT CONTINUE THIS MEMBERSHIP. WE ARE NOT WORTHY OF SOME SPEAKING TO US. MESSAGE ONLY. IM DONE

A transaction processed twice over the weekend which resulted in me being double-charged. I went to the refund request online and it doesn't work. There is no customer service, not even an email address, and it is very frustrating. While the amount was not very much, it still is upsetting because whether it is $1 or $1000 it seems like robbery when you can't get back what is owed you. I pay for A-List and have zero service.

There is no online customer service that can help you when you encounter logging issue. You cannot even chat with anybody within their website and yet they collect $15 a year for their AMC stub, for what??? No customer service whatever?

I was charged $47 for cancellation which was accidently done and there was no way to rollback it plus there is very bad customer support assistance. I am extremely unhappy with the service and charges

I accidentally canceled my subscription due to which I was charged $47. There was no pop up or any notice indicating I will be charged this much. I am trying to contact customer service but there is no response and also the call service does not seem to be working. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the fact that I was charged without any notice. I will never recommend AMC or its any other plans to anyone.

Expensive AMC GOLD tickets not honored

Impossible to contact this company. I have four AMC gold tickets that need to be exchanged for the new black tickets. Sent all the information photographs etc. to the designated email two months ago and have heard nothing back. Also made additional inquiries to the same email address with no reply. Very frustrating experience that should be easily resolved. There are no customer phone numbers in existence that actually work. This is essentially fraud.
