Can’t register my rewards card inline
Cant register my rewards card online. Registered at Merchants crossing AMC Theatre Dec. 18, 2925, tried registering my rewards card 110100****918709 online but get a message that says cant find variable service worker registration

Not happy at all
The bartender at the AMC theater in Skokie was very rude and unprofessional as was the manager on duty.AMC needs to start hiring adults.I still havent had a resolution in regards to AMCs customer service.

Poor customer service
I was at AMC in Skokie,IL on Monday 12/29/25.The female bartender working that night was extremely rude,disrespectful and unprofessional.the manager on duty was also rude.there was another manager named Quinn who was equally unhelpful.Ive never had a bad experience at AMC but Monday night was a HORRIBLE example of customer service.

I have a gift card that needs to be re-issued. It has $50 on it.
It was tucked away in a Coach wristlet. I came across it while I was cleaning. I talked to the manager at the AMC on Mound Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and they said to call and have it re-issued.

I purchased tickets thru Groupon two take my two daughters out to the movies for Fathers Day weekend. Im a single parent home ( father ) .
The tickets wouldnt redeem I showed the for some reason . I politely asked the general manager ( Samantha) could she help me out with pre -guest pass tickets so I could still treat my daughters to the movie.
Her response was AMC is not getting anything out of it so no I cant .
My daughters were totally offended, as myself as well.
I didnt want to miss up the mood anymore so I just purchased another set of tickets so me and my daughters could enjoy a movie.

App is not working and I need to book 11 tickets
I am trying very hard to book 11 tickets for November 27 at AMC theater in Olathe dine in studio 28 for wicked at 5:30. Neither your site or app is working.
The fact that I cannot reach anyone is frustrating at best. Please call me so I can book these tickets.
Concern as to local theater
The last two times I have been at this location someone had continued to talk during the movie. I was informed that I should have reported this during the 1st movie.
Today I did exactly that! I was offered a free pass, as I missed the movie and then a heavy set manager did go into the movie and mention to the couple that they cannot talk during the movie. They had no response. So, I left and they continued to watch the movie.
We were the only three folks there. In my opinion, they should have been asked to leave. Now you have a disgruntled individual and someone able to not follow the rules and be respectable who continues to not follow the rules.
What do you think their behavior will be at the next movie? There should be consequences for those who do not follow the rules.
