We purchased movie passes online on Dec 7th, 2018 and still haven't received tickets. We called corporate office to find out where they were at and were told that someone would be with us in 2 minutes.

Needless to say someone didn't come back to the line 25 minutes later. While waiting on the phone we called another corporate phone number and when asking to speak with a supervisor the original person got back on the line and said they were a supervisor!

Unfortunately AMC will never get our business back! They are not reputable, their customer service skills are extremely lacking and they keep passing you from one service representative to the next until you finally give up and hang up!

Good luck to those that don't heed this advice and keep going to this establishment especially when this business is highly competitive!!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Management and employees, Customer service needs retraining.
