AMC Theatres - Bad customer service
I booked 5 tickets online and had to change the date to the next day instead. The representative refunded me minus the cost of convenience fee for each ticket and they were unable to change the date to the date I wanted.
They said I had to refund and purchase again. I said okay, and after I cancelled my tickets, the representative told me that I will be refunded within 3 to 10 days. In other words, the money I had to purchase these tickets weren't going to be refunded in time for me to book my tickets for the date I wanted.
They charged quickly but couldn't refund quickly. Awful experience.
