Amc Theatres - Complaint of employee

Details
I drove 30 minutes just to go to my favorite amc theater and I was there to watch the IT movie and my 6 month old son was me. I've never had a problem taking him to any movie at any time. I want to know why the employee in front at AMC holly springs NC told me I couldn't go in? I really feel hurt that this happened to me when this was my family plan for the weekend and AMC has always been the best place I recommend to friends and family. I don't understand. I would really like someone to reach out to me and tell me why I was treated so unfairly. I called and the manager kept me on hold for a long time and I called back and no one picked up anymore.

Details
Only a few people in line, but it still took ten minutes to buy a ticket. They have disabled the kiosk forcing you to wait, unless that is if you pay for their elite program. Then you can skip in front of everyone (still takes too long). The experience is repeated when you try to buy their overpriced food. I got to the theater 15 minutes before showtime and missed the beginning of my movie!

We went to amc surprise 14 and we checked the movies at internet and we arrived at 145pm today to see Men and Black and we greeted by female and was told that they sold out, I said what and she applied that the movies would not be showed until 4pm and I said ok, I buy the tickets for men and black and she went to the menu and said they are not showing this, I said can leave because you art not helping me. I left and I am a Stubs and I asked for info and she just gave me a telephone #, we would not have gone their if info on internet

Amc Theatres - Missed opportunities

Why when i bought my popcorn the cashier didnt even ask if I needed tickets for a show? I couldve walked right into the show and not even pay for it had I not been honest. Why didnt the cashier tell me about the stubs program when i said i was not a member and that i didnt know what it was or when i questioned him about my tickets not being $5? I spent almost $40 on 2 tickets and 2 reg popcorns when i could have spent a whole lot less since it was a Tuesday and also wasnt offered a senior discount either. Seems like some further training needs to happen in regards to these things.

Amc Theatres in Rye Town, New York - Dismal customer service

June 7th, AMC Theater in Port Chester, NY. My kids attempted to enter the theater but were turned away by the security guard who seemed to take delight in being exceptionally rude to them. When I entered with them, she was equally rude to me. I reached out to the manager who treated the situation like a joke and was having a good laugh with the security guard. I'm taking the time to write this only to contributed to holding the company accountable for exceptionally poor customer service.

Amc Theatres in Melbourne, Victoria - Website broken.

I have tried for 6 months to renew my AMC STUBS. On line. Type in my email and password....nothing happens. I have $45 of credits sitting there I cannot access. I emailed a staff member 3 times about the situation. He was helpful and said he would pass on my problem to Tech support.....three months later....still no access. Absolutely hopeless.
