Their customer service representatives are rude. I called them because of an issue I had and the woman I dealt with pretty much told me that I was screwed.

I tried explaining the situation to her but she just would listen. I asked to speak with someone else to which she agreed to connect me with but then spitefully hung up on me. She is a total P.O.S. just like the company.

They do not work well with others or have any respect for their customers.

The customers are the reason they are where they are and they should know this. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS THEATER COMPANY AGAIN.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $42.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

What issue ? You didn't say.

But you are rude and vulgar (it's evident in your post) so I suspect it had something to do with that. I'm sure they won't miss you.
